Every month we have a speaker, either one of our members talking about a recent trip or friends and relatives sharing their travel experiences. We also have sessions where we share particular experiences from our travels or tips of things we have found made our journeys easier. We are a social group and organise trips and social events throughout the year.

We have so far visited cemetries, seen a blacksmith shop in action, and visited the WWII monuments and buildings at Godley Head. Afterwards we usually go to a cafe for a coffee and natter.
