Mahjong

END OF YEAR REPORT 

We have had a great year of Mahjong with a membership of 10 all who have enjoyed a friendly and sociable game.

Anyone interested in joining should come along as it is relatively easy to learn and we all do our best to teach you.

The game of Mahjong originated in China, could be centuries old and is played with tiles of 3 different suits and you play in groups of 4. We believe that there are many variations to the game with our group being comfortable with the style that we play.

New members are welcome to join us and we assist them to understand and learn the game or refresh if they have played in the past.
Books are available which we all refer to with the various tile combinations being illustrated.
